A quick note on the gig at the Mitchell theatre on Saturday night.

The Mitchell is an all-seated small theatre, of the type that amateur
repertories use. Just as well we were seated -- the band was on for over
two and a half hours. The place was packed.

Robyn, in fine form, played guitar as an excellent backup to Ira. Songs
he lead and sang on were: (see setlist)

A very fun evening, with four encores. A nice local touch: "Needle of
Death" in encore, played with great sensitivity.

Sonic Boom didn't look too well; that smack diet promotes a bit much
weight loss. His equipment was playing up too. Still, he did add some
interesting atmospherics.

I know for sure someone was taping it. There was a seat with a large
pile of discarded batteries under it; taper spoor!
